• Positions: Everyone including experienced Pilots start as Visual Observers (Trainee Pilots) for first project then they are graded based on skill, experience and attitude and offered a season rate.
• Start date: 20th February.
• End date (or estimated end): October 2023

Hourly rate range: Visual Observers $30 per hour. Onshore Pilots €35-$45 per hour or up to $50 per hour if the pilot can also stop turbines.
• Per diem: According to IRS regulations. Food per diem only as accommodation paid for by client.
• Expenses: As agreed in writing by manager
• Travel rate between sites and mob/demob: $25 flat rate
• Stand down/weather rate: 75% of standard rate capped at a normal working 10-hour day.
• Hours per week expected: 60 hours per week on site plus travel is expected subject to local labour laws.
• Rotations: 3 weeks work 1 week rest or 6 weeks work 1 week rest or straight work through. All subject to local labour laws and flexibility is necessary.
• Location/locations: Mostly Northwest and the wind corridor running through central USA
• Qualifications needed: GWO First aid, Fire awareness, manual handling. A107 drone pilot training OSHA 10
• Intervals of payment: Monthly
• Notice period to end contract early: 7 days.
• Insurance: Contractor to provide own insurance
• Type of work offered: Freelance 1099 invoice client direct.

• All flights for mobilisations and rotations, vehicles, and accommodation
