Electrical Technician - Siemens HV (66KW) – Offshore France

Scope: The role entails performing Siemens-accredited electrical work with a focus on High Voltage (HV) systems rated at 66KW. Proficiency as an  (Authorised Person) and SAP (Senior Authorised Person) procedures is essential for the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems in offshore settings.

Specifics: Expertly install 66kV intermediate cables using Pfisterer Cable Joint.
Meticulously commission transformers.
Proficiently connect 66kV intermediate cables in switchgear.
Execute high-precision termination of HV cables in switchgear.
Ensure the precise hanging of 66kV intermediate cables.

Training Requirements: Successful candidates must have Siemens Accreditation for HV

Location: The job is based at Saint Brieuc Wind Farm in France, offering an offshore work environment.

Rotation: The work schedule follows a 2-week on-duty and 2-week off-duty rotation, ensuring work-life balance and well-being.

Start Date: Immediate availability is preferred, with a commitment until at least February.

Standdown: Specific standdown details will be provided by the project manager to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rates range from £46 to £49 or the Euro equivalent.

Per Diem: A per diem allowance of 30 Euros per day will be provided to cover daily expenses during your offshore assignment.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All necessary PPE will be provided for safety and compliance with industry standards.

Accommodation: Onshore accommodation will be arranged, ensuring a comfortable living environment between work shifts. Your well-being is a priority for us.
